July 10, 2013: Kusadasi
We had a General Emergency Drill this morning at 10:30, so a lot of people were at breakfast today, making sure they were up in time for it. After the drill, most everyone I knew left for a crew excursion (which I knew nothing about until this morning). James had IPM today, so we ended up watching a few movies together since I didn’t really want to get off alone. He had to go to work at 5, so I came back to the room and went through some more of my pictures until dinnertime.
Club HAL tonight was easy, it was movie night. Once we got everyone settled and heard quiet for the first time since the cruise started, Leah and I started working on writing letters to all the kids that have come. We get creative with the decorations on these letters, so we decorated while they all watched Wreck-It Ralph. We finished most of them, which is nice because it lets us do other things over the next few days.
I went up to the OB because Linda insisted I come hang out with her because it’s one of the techies’ birthdays and she didn’t really want to spend her whole time up there with them. So Linda, James and I hung out and chatted until I decided it was time for me to head to bed, even though it’s tendering tomorrow and I don’t have to do anything until 7pm.
